Banana Walnut Chai Pudding

Naturally sweetened but tastes like dessert! The heart-healthy Omega-45e3 walnut cream is sooooooo good!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 teaspoons maple syrup
Walnut Cream:
- 1 cup raw walnut
- 1/2 cups Almond milk I use Elm Hurst because it’s the cleanest plant MILK EVER
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional for Serving:
- Granola (I am obsessed with More Granola)
- Sliced banana
Directions:
- Add 2 cups nondairy milk, the chia seeds, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to four single-serve airtight containers.
- Add the walnut pieces, 1/2 cup nondairy milk, dates, and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Divide the walnut cream between the containers. Chill before serving.
- Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
- Top with granola, sliced banana and mini chocolate chips as desired.
