Cinnamon Protein Pancakes
6 Pancakes | 32g of Protein
These pancakes are so Delicious, have 32g of protein and simple to make. You can either have them for breakfast or as a dessert.
Ingredients:
- 40g of Bob's Red Mill buttermilk pancake mix
- 1 scoop Pure Paleo Vanilla protein
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 10 dark chocolate chips
- 103g egg whites
Ingredients for the Topping:
- 1/4 cup Siggi's Dairy yogurt plain
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Top with almond slivers and raspberries
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, this is where you get the extra protein by adding egg white instead of milk or water. Mix well add your chocolate chips and take it to the stove.
For the topping, just mix all ingredients and enjoy with your pancakes.
