Cottage Cheesecake

Level up your protein game with this Protein Cottage Cheesecake; a powerhouse of 80g protein, packed into 5-ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups 1% cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (pick your favorite!)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I swear by DFH whey protein - www.coachchris.com)
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup
Directions:
- Heat your oven in advance at 350
- Blend the ingredients together smoothly.
- Pour into your cheesecake pan (my choice linked in bio).
- Bake at 350°F for around 35 minutes.
- Let it cool for 25 minutes before freeing from the pan, use a sharpe knife to release the edges before opening the pan.

- Jam
- Honey drizzle
