- 1 scoop vanilla WHEY protein (I use the DFH which you can purchase on www.coachchris.com).
- 1 scoop collagen (DFH BRAND)
- 3 strawberries
- 20 blueberries or a big hand full
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp date syrup can also use maple syrup.
- A few dashes of cinnamon
