Cranberry Chocolate Bites

24 Bite-Size Treats 

“Hard to eat healthy during the holidays?” Not anymore! I’m sharing a sweet, simple treat that you can stash in your freezer for a guilt-free indulgence. Perfect for those festive cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 10 Dates (nature’s candy!)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon (for that holiday spice)
  • 1.5 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Blend dates, pecans, almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a silicon mold (found mine on Amazon!).
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then spoon over the date base.
  4. Gently shake the mold to spread chocolate evenly.
  5. Top with cranberries and a pinch of salt.
  6. Freeze for 10 min.
  7. Voilà! Store them in a jar in the freezer and snack away when the holiday sweet tooth kicks in.
