Cranberry Chocolate Bites

“Hard to eat healthy during the holidays?” Not anymore! I’m sharing a sweet, simple treat that you can stash in your freezer for a guilt-free indulgence. Perfect for those festive cravings!
Ingredients:
- 10 Dates (nature’s candy!)
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon (for that holiday spice)
- 1.5 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Directions:
- Blend dates, pecans, almond butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until combined.
- Press the mixture into a silicon mold (found mine on Amazon!).
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then spoon over the date base.
- Gently shake the mold to spread chocolate evenly.
- Top with cranberries and a pinch of salt.
- Freeze for 10 min.
- Voilà! Store them in a jar in the freezer and snack away when the holiday sweet tooth kicks in.
