Single-Serve Tiramisu
Guilt free dessert high protein: TIRAMISU. You are gonna wanna save this recipe trust me.
Ingredients:
- 100g skyr yogurt
- 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
- 4 lady finger cookies
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 shot of espresso
- Cacao powder to top
Directions:
- Mix the egg yolk with the sugar, mix the yogurt and the cream cheese add the egg mixture to the yogurt, you can use a hand blender to get it nice and creamy.
- Lay the cookies and a generous amount of espresso put some of the yogurt mixture on to and repeat. Sift some cacao powder on top and enjoy
