Chicken Nuggets

Makes 14 Nuggets | 1200 Calories

Got a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken lying around? Transform it into these scrumptious nuggets, perfect for the on-the-go peeps wanting a protein-packed punch!

 
Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 2 eggs 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce

  

Homemade Ranch Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup skyr yogurt 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 tbsp dried chives (or fresh!) 
  • 2-3 tbsp water (if you want a thicker sauce eliminate the water)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon 

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Scoop out small portions with a spoon, then use your hands to form into nugget shapes. Spray the air-fryer with coconut or olive oil spray.
  3. Place in the air fryer under 400°
  4. Bake for 10-15min until golden.(you might need to flip them half way)
  5. Mix ranch ingredients in another bowl and serve on the side.
  6. Dip and enjoy!
