Chicken Nuggets
Makes 14 Nuggets | 1200 Calories
Got a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken lying around? Transform it into these scrumptious nuggets, perfect for the on-the-go peeps wanting a protein-packed punch!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
Homemade Ranch Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup skyr yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried chives (or fresh!)
- 2-3 tbsp water (if you want a thicker sauce eliminate the water)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop out small portions with a spoon, then use your hands to form into nugget shapes. Spray the air-fryer with coconut or olive oil spray.
- Place in the air fryer under 400°
- Bake for 10-15min until golden.(you might need to flip them half way)
- Mix ranch ingredients in another bowl and serve on the side.
- Dip and enjoy!
