Don’t throw away your peaches if they are going bad just pop them in the freezer for a refreshing treat!

 

Ingredients:

  • Frozen peach (just use half )
  • 8g Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (you can also do maple syrup, but make sure to adjust macros)
  • 12 Raw almonds chopped
  • 3/4 cups Skyr no fat plain yogurt

 

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt in a bowl, grate the peach over the yogurt add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy :)
